Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment with The Estera pmu LTD.

By making a booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

​

1. Client Information and Consultation

All clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health, medical history, skin condition, medications and any previous treatments that may be relevant to the service being booked.

You are responsible for informing your practitioner of any changes to your health, medication, skin condition or treatment history before each appointment.

The Estera pmu LTD reserves the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or if relevant information has not been disclosed.

2. Results and Aftercare

Treatment results vary between individuals.

Factors that may affect your result include:

• Skin type and condition

• Healing response

• Lifestyle

• Age

• Medication

• Previous treatments

• Pigment or tattoo characteristics

• Individual skin response

• Compliance with pre-treatment and aftercare guidance

No specific treatment result can be guaranteed.

You must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner. Failure to follow this guidance may affect healing, treatment results and the risk of complications.

3. Age Requirement

Clients must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and agreed by The Estera pmu LTD in advance.

4. Permanent Makeup Treatments

Powder Brows

Powder Brows is a semi-permanent makeup treatment designed to create softly shaded and defined eyebrows.

The finish can range from soft and natural to more defined, depending on your preference.

Initial treatment: £300
Touch-up: £150

A touch-up appointment is normally required approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the initial treatment.

 

Lip Blush

Lip Blush is a semi-permanent makeup treatment designed to enhance the natural colour, shape and definition of the lips.

The colour and intensity are selected individually according to your preferences and natural features.

Initial treatment: £300
Touch-up: £150

A touch-up appointment is normally required approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the initial treatment.

 

Permanent Eyeliner

Permanent Eyeliner is a semi-permanent makeup treatment designed to enhance and define the eyes.

The style can be customised from a subtle lash enhancement to a more defined eyeliner look.

Initial treatment: £260
Touch-up: £150

A touch-up appointment is normally required approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the initial treatment.

5. Permanent Makeup Healing and Colour

Permanent makeup will change in appearance as the skin heals.

Colour may appear stronger or darker immediately after treatment and will usually soften during the healing process.

The final healed result may differ from the appearance immediately after treatment.

Colour retention and longevity cannot be guaranteed and will vary between clients.

6. Permanent Makeup Touch-Ups

A touch-up appointment is normally recommended approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the initial treatment.

It is the client's responsibility to book their touch-up appointment.

Some clients may require additional sessions depending on healing, pigment retention and their preferred result.

Any additional sessions may be charged separately.

7. Existing Permanent Makeup

If you already have permanent makeup in the area you would like treated, you must inform The Estera before booking.

Existing permanent makeup may need to be assessed first.

In some cases, correction, lightening or removal of previous permanent makeup may be recommended before a new treatment can be performed.

8. Laser Tattoo Removal

Laser tattoo removal is a gradual process.

The number of sessions required varies between clients and may depend on:

• Tattoo size

• Ink colour

• Ink type

• Pigment depth

• Age of the tattoo

• Skin type

• Tattoo location

• Individual response to treatment

It is not possible to guarantee the exact number of sessions required or complete removal.

Body tattoos often require multiple treatments and, in many cases, around five sessions or more may be necessary.

9. Laser Treatment Suitability

Before laser treatment, you must provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, skin condition and previous treatments.

The practitioner will assess the treatment area and determine whether laser treatment is suitable.

The Estera pmu LTD reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

10. Body Tattoo Removal

Laser body tattoo removal works gradually to fade unwanted tattoo pigment.

The number of treatments required cannot be confirmed in advance.

Treatment packages may be recommended for clients who are likely to require several sessions.

Prices and package options will be discussed before treatment where applicable.

11. Permanent Makeup and Eyebrow Tattoo Removal

Laser treatment can be used to gradually lighten or remove unwanted previous permanent makeup or eyebrow tattooing.

The number of sessions required depends on factors including:

• Existing pigment

• Pigment colour

• Pigment depth

• Previous treatments

• Skin condition

• Individual response to treatment

Some clients may require one session, while others may require two, three or more.

Current pricing:

First session: £120
Returning client session: £100
Third session: £100

12. Laser Results and Healing

The degree of fading or removal varies between clients.

Some pigments and colours may respond differently to laser treatment.

Complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

You must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided.

Failure to follow the guidance may affect your result and may increase the risk of complications.

If you experience a serious or unexpected reaction following treatment, you should seek appropriate medical advice.

13. Booking Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Where applicable, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Booking deposits are generally non-refundable, except where cancellation is made with sufficient notice in accordance with the cancellation policy, or where otherwise agreed by The Estera pmu LTD.

14. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

More than 48 hours' notice

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your booking deposit may be transferred to another appointment or refunded, where applicable.

Less than 48 hours' notice

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking deposit may be retained and will normally be non-refundable.

A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be booked.

15. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, this will be treated as a no-show.

Your booking deposit will be lost and a new deposit may be required before another appointment can be secured.

​

16. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, The Estera will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

Depending on how late you arrive:

• Your treatment time may need to be shortened

• Your appointment may need to be rescheduled

• Your deposit may be lost if the treatment can no longer proceed

A new deposit may be required for a replacement appointment.

17. Cancellations by The Estera

If The Estera pmu LTD needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

You will be offered either:

• A suitable alternative appointment, or

• A refund of any deposit or payment made for the cancelled appointment

18. Exceptional Circumstances

The Estera understands that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually at the discretion of The Estera pmu LTD.

​

19. Right to Refuse Treatment

The Estera pmu LTD and the practitioner reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where:

• Treatment is considered unsafe

• Treatment is considered unsuitable

• Relevant medical information has not been provided

• Information provided is inaccurate or incomplete

20. Client Agreement

By booking and receiving treatment with The Estera pmu LTD, you confirm that:

• You have provided accurate and complete information

• You have disclosed relevant medical information and previous treatments

• You understand that individual results vary

• You understand that specific results cannot be guaranteed

• You understand that complete tattoo or pigment removal cannot be guaranteed

• You agree to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions

• You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
